Mio Neves graduated with her bachelor's degree in Public Health from Brigham Young University in 2010 and became a Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2017.
She has worked alongside other physician assistants in several capacities and has particularly enjoyed her work in psychiatry. She has worked with teens ages 12-18 at Heritage Residential Treatment Center in Provo and completed a clinical rotation at McKay Dee Hospital's psychiatric inpatient center.
Mio has a passion for psychiatry and places importance on building trusting relationships with her patients. She is committed to treating each patient as a whole, considering all aspects of their life in their treatment—psychological, physical, spiritual and social.
Mio is dedicated to giving her best to her patients and to continually increasing her knowledge of the latest treatments in psychiatry.
