Mallory Hansen, CSW – Noetic Psychiatry

BIO

Mallory graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Utah State University and went on to obtain a Master of Social Work from New York University.

She has previously worked in a hospital setting both in New York and Utah, where her focus as a therapist has been in treating survivors of trauma. She worked at Bellevue Hospital’s Program for Survivors of Torture where she offered individual therapy sessions and taught psychoeducational groups to reduce PTSD and MDD symptoms. Additionally, she provided long-term counseling to high school students 14-20, specializing in those who had been affected by abuse.

While her work has been focused around treatment of trauma, she also has experience treating: depression, grief, loss, complex family problems, anxiety, overcoming stress, adapting to life changes, etc.
